At Munchies by Air, we strive to ensure the quality of every exotic snack and apparel item we ship. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Food & Beverage Returns (Final Sale) Due to U.S. Health and Safety regulations: ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE SALES ARE FINAL.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any chips, candy, drinks, or other edible items, regardless of whether the package has been opened.

Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified as our team begins fulfillment immediately.
2. Apparel Returns We accept returns on apparel items under the following strict conditions:

14 DAYS: You must request a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, bags, and packaging intact.

Exceptions: Items smelling of smoke, perfume, or detergent will be refused. Custom-designed items and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved apparel returns.
3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right. However, strict timeframes apply for reporting these issues.

Food & Beverage Claims:

24 HOURS: You must email us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will be denied due to strict health and anti-tampering protocols.

Apparel & Merchandise Claims:

48 HOURS: Issues with non-food items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof for All Claims: No refund will be issued without the following submitted within the timeframes listed above:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the damaged product.

Clear photos of the damaged shipping box/packaging.
